------- Additional comments from [EMAIL PROTECTED] Wed Feb 20 17:35:43 +0000 2008 ------- 1) Open the attached file "footnotes" 2) Locate the line "INSERT CHARACTER HERE (POINT1):" 3) Insert a character after the colon 4) The entire part of the page after the newly inserted character is shifted to the next page so that suddenly almost all of the page is blank now although the page was filled before. 5) At this point somebody may perhaps say: So what. Continue your text here. But the absolutely not acceptable problem is that the same occurs in the line "OR INSERT A CHARACTER HERE (POINT2):" 6) Insert a character after the colon (after deleting the first character) 7) Again the entire part of the page after the newly inserted character is shifted to the next page. Of course I can still continue my text here but what if I don't want to change the text before the inserted character? I have to accept a nearly blank page now. This is not acceptable. --------------------------------------------------------------------- Please do not reply to this automatically generated notification from Issue Tracker.
