Cannot be solved in this situation, in my eyes. The widow/orphan control is
active in the paragraph format, so one line of a paragraph won't be allowed on
the new page. Means, the line containing the footnote will always stick to the
follow line. Disable the widow/orphan control in Format.Paragraph.Text flow and
the problem won't occur.
