I wasn't aware that there are three methods for nearly the same functionality :-( drwtxtex.cxx is called when you are editing a drawing object and wish to set the language for the whole document, please change this accordingly! At the moment I do not know when the method in view2.cxx is called but it looks like this has to be changed as well.
