yes, all code for getting and setting SID_LANGUAGE_STATUS is duplicated around
three time, now even once more in annotsh.cxx as well
I already cleaned a little bit with introduction of SwLangHelper in notes5, this
is for actully changing the text. But all the wrapping code is still there and
really ugly/duplicate
-> I'll fix all this after 3.0
