We value Unicode support higher than Win 98 in OOo 3.x. So we should prefer
"Unicode NSIS", too.
Are the Unicode changes the only changes compared with the standard NSIS code?
And perhaps even more important: Are there any license issues, if we switch to
"Unicode NSIS"? We would use it for OOo 3.x and for our commercial products.

(Reopening issue and adding it to cws native165).
