I created a new perl process, in which utf8 is converted to utf16 and vice
versa. Therefore "Unicode NSIS" can now be used in packaging process, too. So we
can switch to "Unicode NSIS".
is -> clytie: Vietnamese is still not supported by NSIS, no nlf and no nsh file.
So we will default to English automatically. Or did I miss something?
is -> mh: Do you see any (legal) problems for switching to "Unicode NSIS" from
Jim Park (www.scratchpaper.com)? The packaging process supports and detects both
versions, the "Standard NSIS" from Sourceforge that we use today and the
"Unicode NSIS" from Jim Park.
is -> of: Please verify installation sets in cws native164.
