Accepting, lets also see what does word does if it opens an old document and
then I insert a note and save as the newer .doc format. i.e. how does it handle
a mix of old (without timestamps) and new (with timestamps) seeing as it should
be forced to store *some* timestamp data for the old missing ones when saving to
the new one.
