So, in word if you open an older format document which has no dates, it doesn't
show any date. If you then add a new comment, it is forced to save a date for
all notes. It stores a date/time of 0 for the "unknown" dates. On loading such a
document in word, it deliberately does not show any date for the zero'ed dates.

So if we open this new document from word, i.e. the doc with zero-ed date
comments mixed in with valid ones, then we show 00/00/00 etc as we *do* have
date information in the .doc to import. 

If we go messing around with using the current date for invalid entries, or
missing date fields, then we loose the ability to round-trip word documents.

So I propose instead that.

Missing dates in .docs are defaulted to "0" during import, i.e. the same as what
word does when it is forced to fill in missing dates.
And "Invalid" dates are not shown in the postit UI
