Yes, there was an issue in OOo 3.0, that not all text was touched by this one.
But it should be fixed in OOo 3.0.1. I tried it was tables and all the text (the
header cells and all others) is now changed as well.
The fix to this might also effect that CTRL-A + Format/Character will now change
all the text language which also was not the case before.
Thus please give it a try in OOo 3.0.1.
