Polish (screenshot in attachement) ! Changed default polish language settings in
Windows XP for numbers from , (comma) to . (dot)

>BTW: Why do you want to exchange , with .? If you have got a German number via
copy and paste and want an English view of that number, you have to change the
language in the number attribute of the cell to English.

Of course I know the difference between changing the default number separator,
but this behavior was discovered when I try to change a words in text fields 
containing comma and later discovered that number cells are also affected with
bad data (which of course should be unchanged).
