I do not get the same numbers as you, using your sample file. But I get numbers
which are curious on the first glance too. As far as I see, there are many
problems together:
(1) The find&replace dialog contains a checkbox "Current selection only", but it
is hidden in the "More options" part. So you might exchange characters in the
whole sheet although you only want to exchange it in the selection. Changing
this behavior is tracked in issue 35093.
(2) You have changed your Windows setting, but that change is not recognized by
OOo, see issue 45312.
(3) If you change the , to . then the cell content looks like 1.410 for example.
That is no longer a decimal value in Polish, because Polish has a decimal comma.
But it can be a date. (Your setting date to iso-format in Windows is ignored
too) So OOo takes the cell content as date. But the cell is formatted to show
values with comma and three decimal places. So the date is shown in that format.
Because the year is very small it is a negative number. That problem is already
tracked in issue 33723.
There a severe usability problems. But because they are already addressed in
issues, I would like to set this issue to duplicate to 33723.
