We have _two_ symbols, one is the ISO-4217 CHF and that is not questioned here. The other is the "Sfr." versus "Fr." or "fr." Replacing also Sfr./Fr. with CHF is _not_ the way to go, in any locale, and also using CHF in de_LI is wrong, it should be "Fr." instead. I don't know what's so difficult here, the "MÃnzverordnung" clearly states what we should use.
