History: This doesn't happen in 3.0.1, but does in 3.1rc1.

Problem: When I open a master doc (.odm) that has at least two sub-documents,
with notes in them, on a page which should show a note, the note doesn't show
there. Instead, if I scroll up one page, the note is displayed there, in the
same relative position as it should be on the proper page (same line number,
character displacement). This is true for all notes in the "active" (in-view)
sub-doc.

Where this gets flaky is next: sometimes the notes will display properly after
a couple of minutes, with no further user action. Other times, some firm KITA is
necessary; changing the zoom factor from 150% -> 100% always works for me, and
everything is fine when I go back to 150%.

The anchors are apparently where they're supposed to be: double-clicking the
notes in the Navigator sends the cursor to where it should be, although the note
itself is not displayed there.

Priority: I left this at P3, rather than mark it down to P4, because it /looks/
like data loss (although it isn't), and that scares users, which is a Bad (TM)
thing.

Reproduction: Unpack the zip file (TBA), and open the master document. You
should see the bottom of page 257, and the top of p.258. There is a note at the
end of the title, "Full Screen (Basic IDE)", but it won't show there. To see the
note, scroll up one page. You should see two errant notes, both of which belong
on p.258.

To see where the anchors are, double-click on the second or third note in the
Navigator.

BTW, all the tables in the example probably have nothing to do with the problem;
it occurs in both the masters for my amateur fiction, where I have no tables
whatsoever. /tj/
