Reproduced...
- Load bugdoc
- double click *immediately* on the second note ("Previous table needs work.")
-> you see the 1st note ("May need ref to Toolbar spec.") on the previous page.
- wait some seconds (3-6) or scroll up to the previous page
-> all the notes are placed to their correct position.
...but... This is a 275 pages document with a lot of tables. The layout needs
time to be updated.
Setting as invalid but put OD/MOD on CC in case they see optimization
opportunities there.
