Yes, thank you very much for that arduous effort. As for why m14 doesn't crash:
plugin support came in new with vcl100. What can be fixed is probably that
plugins get loaded just when typing, however OOo cannot really protect itself
against a crashing plugin library any more than against a crahsing system
library (or on of its own dylibs crashing for that matter).
