Uninstall / reinstall did not show any progress.
I uninstalled OOo_3.1.1_Win32Intel_install_de.exe and installed
OOo_3.1.1_Win32Intel_install_en-US.exe. Now I was able to install
OOo_3.1.1_Win32Intel_langpack_de.exe, but installation of
OOo_3.1.1rc2_20090820_Win32Intel_langpack_fr.exe still failed. Same bad result
with langpack_es.exe, but langpack_nl.exe worked.
The LP that will not be installed successfully do not show the "finished"
dialogue
If this localization problem really exists, that would be a very serious
problem.
