With the default "single" line spacing, text under the subscript pushes downwards. With the "fixed" line spacing, all text remains at the same height, yet the line containing the subscript is pushed upward. In both cases, we face ugly typesetting. Expected behaviour: the subscript should not change the baseline of the line containing the subscript.
