You use an OOo version, which has been altered by Ubuntu. The property "fixed"
does not exist in the version, which you can download from
download.openoffice.org. I see from your screenshot, that the property "fixed"
does not work as it should. You are right, it is a bug. But you have to report
it to Ubuntu. We cannot fix it here.
