Don't have "Aboriginal Serif" but KCharselect displays Syllabics in Dejavu Sans
(which at least in mine Mandriva seems to be default font for OOo), Linux
Libertine, Times New Roman and Arial Unicode MS (last two are imported from my
Windows Vista). OOo doesn't display Syllabics in none of them.

But Canadian Syllabics is not the only example. KCharselect displays e.g Ogham
in all mentioned four fonts, OOo only in Dejavu Sans. KCharselect displays runes
in all mentioned four fonts, OOo in none of them.

All my fonts are either installed from Mandriva's RPMs or imported from my
Windows Vista.

Maybe KCharselect and OOo just differ in approach to fonts and character
subsets? Anyway, it is quite confusing.
