2009 -------
implemented an error box that shows up when using direct print and the print job
has 0 pages. The text is
"There are no pages to be printed. Please check your document for ranges
relevant to printing."
The message box is not calc specific, but at the moment calc is the only
application that creates 0 pages to print.
