------- Additional comments from [email protected] Tue Dec 1 19:12:07 +0000 2009 ------- Thanks, it was a very good idea to look up the extensions at OpenOffice -- so I downloaded a new extension: the Duden spellchecker for German language checking -- and now everything works just fine. It's not just fine, it's excellent! I could hardly believe what I saw: the Duden spellchecker even checks German syntax!! I never saw that. I know very well that programming an automatic natural language (!) syntax check is VERY difficult. I've studied linguistics, with special focus on automatic natural language syntax analysis. So I really know what I am talking about: my congratulations to the Duden company! That's cutting edge technology, really -- and it's for OpenOffice! Great! And...
