The submitted patch instead explicitly sets the selected background on all
slides (but leaves the masters untouched), so the expected thing happens that
when a background is set on a slide and "all slides" is clicked then all slides
end up with the same background.
That does leave the question open though of what should happen on setting
background "none" and saying "yes" to "all slides". The current behaviour all
seems very inconsistent and confusion.
