Well, if this is the same problem as #i49581, we can fix it the same way.
Bengali needs to be included into the list of languages not supported by
Windows. You find this in "solenv\bin\modules\installer\globals.pm".
Currently (m121) the array contains khmer (km) and rw.
@noMSLocaleLangs = ("km","rw");
Please tell me the short id for Bengali.
I only found the Locale ID (which one is correct?)
Bengali 0445 1093
Bengali (Bangladesh) 0845 2117
Furthermore changes in "setup_native\source\win32\msi-encodinglist.txt" and in
"instsetoo_native\inc_openoffice\windows\msi_languages\Langpack.ulf" are
required.
