My reasoning is that 'is' should be used when asking if an object is an instance of a specific type, and 'has' is used when asking if an object has a specific property.
Is this bitmap a memory bitmap? Does this bitmap have a parent bitmap? Also re-adding the gna list. The default reply mechanism doesn't seem to be reply-all so it gets left off occasionally.
