Does the function tell whether or not the clipboard object has text in it? To 
me something like al_clipboard_has_text might be better.

My reasoning is that 'is' should be used when asking if an object is an 
instance of a specific type, and 'has' is used when asking if an object has a 
specific property.

 

Is this bitmap a memory bitmap?

Does this bitmap have a parent bitmap?

 

Also re-adding the gna list. The default reply mechanism doesn't seem to be 
reply-all so it gets left off occasionally.

Yes, I was unsure of that, because sometimes it has to be _is_ and sometimes it 
has to be _has_ and I wasn't sure which one to use this time.  Anyone else 
prefer _is_, or should I change it to _has_? For me it's all the same.
