Farfalla and farfallone both mean butterfly; I suspect farfallone refers to a
big butterfly. Do we have an Italian speaker who can comment on that?
The suffix -one means big, as in minestra, soup, minestrone, big soup. Big
butterfly.
Non piu andrai farfallone amoroso, Figaro referring to himself.
The topic is that there is no topic, just like a subscriber to a mailing list
who doesn't want any mail.
Kind of like a rock-less rock garden. I have decided to introduce rocks into my
rock-less garden this year after asking visitors what they thought.
(Surprisingly, no one offered an opinion until they were asked.)
