Well, you could just use the syrup to stick the wallpaper back on. Circle of life sort of thing. Sustainability. All that stuff. I thought about tapping the two Acer grandidentatum here, like Mormon settlers did in Utah (some botanists think it's just a western form of A. saccharum), but, once again, the ease of just driving to the store and buying a bottle of syrup outweighs the fun, for me, of watching syrup boil.
