Hi Brian, Is this small yield of maple syrup from the western broad-leafed maple worth the effort? Not everybody likes maple syrup, you know. Our Premier Brian Harper did not realize that, and before the Canada bid for a UN Security Council post, he gave all the voting UN members maple-leaf shaped bottles of maple syrup. Canada lost. UN delegates would have proffered Canada Rye Whiskey. So would I.
