Hi I quickly checked the mail archives, but didn't find anything relevant about this topic, though I think it has been asked before. I installed Alsa-0.9.0-RC2 on system (RedHat 7.2) with Creative vibra 16 and used Alsa's SB16 driver. THe problem is that when one program uses the soundcard (dsp), other's can't do it. They just wait until the first programstops playing and start then. Is there a way to let all programs use the card at the same time?
