FE is active sensing, so at least MIDI input works. I wanted you to connect the MIDI Out of the UX16 directly to the MIDI In of the UX16, but now I've realized this isn't possible with this device. You did it correctly, but the usbmidi.c file is not the same file I created the patch for. Are you sure you have to original file from ALSA 0.9.0rc3?
