[Alsa-user] Installation troubles of soundcard Fortemedia (chipset FM801) onDebian 3

Hello,

I cannot install my soundcard Fortemedia, using module fm801, as said on Alsa-project.org . I follow every instruction of
http://www.alsa-project.org/alsa-doc/doc-php/template.php3?company=Fortemedia&card=FM801&chip=FM801&module=fm801

and can't get further the step "modprobe". Debian returns that it can't find any of the modules. Same error, either for Alsa-driver-0.5.12 and Alsa-driver-0.9rc .

Any help would be very nice. Many thanks in advance.
