OK, for the record I have only setup a few of the delta family cards: 1010, Audiofile 2496, 1010-lt, Delta66 (with and without Omni I/O), Delta 44 but I would still call the config of these with ALSA rather fool-proof. I have not tried any of the USB stuff, and would not expect the firewire card to work (any further word on this would be welcome). As an aside, am I correct in noticing that m-audio's recent website update includes a removal of the penguin along with all references (that I can find) to linux?
