I would also reccomend Agile Vancouver. I went in 2009 and pretty much
all the talks and tutorials I went to were high quality (Ade actually
gave a talk that year), and there was ample time for socializing, even
with the speakers, and they also had an open spaces session the last
day (a DDD session with Eric Evans... FTW?) Ronald was there as well
taking lots of pictures IIRC.

I went to QCon this las year (first week in November) and it was
great, I would go again if it didn't always conflict with other
conferences that I want to go to...
