Yeah, sorry for the far too brief answer.

In my experience, TFS has always been a pain for dev teams and
administrators alike, and winds up increasing TCO over time. My biggest
complaints are around branching, merging, and reverting changes.

As far as reporting and tracking goes, maybe someone else here can recommend
some better reporting tools for your current source control tools.

You have to do what's best for your team, but ultimately, as an agile org,
it's important to remember that it's about individuals and interactions over
processes and tools. If the tools and processes get in the way, then...
