Oh, that's a pretty good idea, and easy to manage. My plan was to just
replay any recorded flight 'as fast as possible'. Another option is to
replay a flight stored in eeprom; we record the raw sensor values, so
it's completely feasible to reconstruct a real flight from those.

I've got a bit of space, and this seems like a nice feature.
