Fortunately, I discovered this problem during ground testing.  My 3"
ebay has two v1.1 telemetrums with the antennas routed parallel to much
of the rest of the internal wiring (switches, pyro wiring).  There was a
significant amount of coupling of RF back into the supply circuitry.

I soldered a .01uF cap at the pyro terminals on both of them.  Problem
solved.
