To reprogram TeleMega, it has to reboot to the boot loader, which appears as a different device to Windows. Most of the time, things work out just fine, but sometimes Windows gets confused by this. You should leave TeleMega powered on, restart AltosUI and it should find the device now at COM12 in boot loader mode and happily reflash from there. -keith
