Yup; it's sent as often as the telemetry board requests, but no more
often than other telemetry, so on the ground, you should be seeing
telemetry packets sent once each second, then in flight it will run
faster, up to 10 packets per second, depending on the selected rate.

We stuck on-companion logging flash to hold higher-resolution data, and
then wrote out the flight computer timestamps and state information to
allow us to correlate the two data sets back on the ground. Telemetry
isn't perfect.
