OK. I got it working by uninstalling Java and TeleGPS and then
re-installing both. Notice that there was a new version of Java 2 days
ago.
One other thing that has been happening all along. When I first run
TeleGPS the window is empty until I resize it to fit my 16:9 screen.
After that everything works fine. Just kind of annoying.

I installed TeleGPS version 1-6-1 on my Win 7 machine after first
uninstalling the previous version. It installed with out problems but
when I try to run the program nothing happens. No window, no nothing!
The previous version was working fine before I uninstalled it. Same
thing for AltOS. Ideas of what to do next?
