I can make more, there just hasn't been interest in them for ages. All you really need is wire to connect the first four pins of the companion port on the programmer to the four pins of the debug connector on the programming target 1:1. I've used 4-conductor telephone wire with the ends stripped and just plugged into the connectors in a pinch in the past. I'll mark the cables back in stock right now, though, if you really want to buy one. I'm in the middle of building prototypes of the new version (changes mostly driven by component availability issues), which we'll need to do some firmware work on and then test before taking it to production. Conflicting schedule priorities in "real life" have screwed up my last few attempts to predict when EasyMega will be back in stock, but right now I feel relatively safe in saying "probably by Thanksgiving".
