I don't know if you noticed this discussion in another thread, but
apparantly at 2.4.1 Amanda will not bump levels unless an image gets
to tape. So yes, you probably should amflush things as soon as possible.

I don't understand what would cause this. In fact, this has little to
do with Amanda because it is your dump program that controls the contents
(size) of the image.
