Hi,

I'm setting up amanda for an OnStream ADR50 SCSI streamer with
Linux (RedHat 6.1). I didn't found data for the tapetype ADR50, so I
used the command tapetype:

tapetype ADR50 /dev/nst0

After a while there is an output:

wrote 676125 32Kb blocks in 12346 seconds
scsi: aborting command due to timeout: pid 679535, scsi 0,
channel 0, id 0, lun 0 Write (6) 00 40 49 06 00
scsi: aborting command due to timeout: pid 679535, scsi 0,
channel 0, id 0, lun 0 Write (6) 00 40 51 04 00
scsi: aborting command due to timeout: pid 679535, scsi 0,
channel 0, id 0, lun 0 Write (6) 00 40 57 02 00

The program is stalled an reproduces the last three messages the
whole time and doesn't stop

What does it mean? What did I do wrong?

A big thx in advance :-)

Greetings
Olaf
