examples for chg-zd-mtx?

Could someone please send sample amanda.conf and changer files for
chg-zd-mtx?

I have gathered from searching through the archives that chg-zd-mtx is
probably the best bet for my Sony TSL-11000, but I find no example of
how to configure it correctly.
