format of amandahosts file

Hi, can anyone tell me the format of the .amandahosts file on each of
the clients?
I keep getting:
error result for host blahhost disk /dev/dsk/c0t0d0s7: blahhost: [access
as root not allowed from [EMAIL PROTECTED]] amandahostsauth
failed
