Suppose you want to replace DAILY0. Then do

amrmtape <config> DAILY0
throw away  old DAILY0 tape
amlabel <config> DAILY0 (put your new tape in the drive)
do the scheduled backup for today. AMANDA will request a "new" tape. Put
the new DAILY0 in and you are done for today.

The next 19 days you repeat this procedure with tapes DAILY1,...DAILY19.

You can actually relabel the tape just after you have amrmtaped it. For
AMANDA, after "amrmtape" the tape is "new", even if for you it is "old"
