FAILURE AND STRANGE DUMP SUMMARY:
mail /home/httpd/html/users lev 0 FAILED
[mail: [access as operator not allowed from
[EMAIL PROTECTED]]
Can someone help me with this. I've done the
following:
1) changed my inetd.conf to
amanda dgram udp wait operator
/usr/local/amanda/libexec/amandad amanda
d
2) kill -HUP <process>
3) amcheck happy
4) in /usr/local/amanda/.rhosts I have:
kalki
kalki root
kalki.judonet.com
kalki.judonet.com root
~
permission allow operator access only with group root.
This server is not in NIS like all the other clients.
Should that matter?
tail /var/log/messages shows:
amandad[26366]: open debug file
"/tmp/amanda/amandad.debug": Permission denied
