thanks again for your script ! Now I can see that DLT can really work with
amanda. I should send this message to Dell - a guy from support tried to
ensure me that it is impossible to get DLT working with amanda at all !!!
I worked a liitle on it to deal with cleaning tape - the problem was that
cleaning tape didn't eject , and I also made it possible to specify what slot
holds cleaning tape in changer configuration file.
I also fixed a little bug when script didn't allow me to load tape from slot
# less then currently loaded ( say from 2 when 4 is loaded).
However, I started thinking how amanda actually makes calls when it starts
new dump. I'll check how it deals with finding a new tape and trying cleaning
from the cleaning slot.
Then it may be necessary to redesign $dataslots part. I'll think about it...
