You'll need to fight the "dumper died" messages first. They triggered
the "dump to tape failed".
The place to start is the amdump.1 file (or whichever one matches
this run).
You didn't mention much else about your environment (what OS, what
version, etc). Digging through the archives I found a reference to a
similar problem on a Linux system and the suggested fix was to change
the holding disk chunksize value. The user had set it rather high.
If you've done that as well, try dropping it back to (e.g.) "1 GByte".
