One possibility just above, which may not be worth the electron
shuffling to post this, but on my system, with only the tape
drive, in this case a Python 28849-XXX changer, the changer
device isn't /dev/sg0, but /dev/sg1 since the drive itself takes
up the first descriptor, /dev/nst0.
