Sure, bsd still works, and bsdtcp should works if you set xinetd 
correctly for it.

FWIW, 4063 works normally if I change the dumptype, and xinetd.d/amanda 
back to "bsd". 4048 did not.  So something got tickled that I don't see in 
the ChangeLog.
